Silverbrook Housing Estate, Rathfarnham, Dublin

We’re delighted to showcase our recently completed resurfacing works at Silverbrook Housing Estate in Rathfarnham, delivered on behalf of Howard Building Contractors.

The project was carried out over multiple phases and included the installation of both the base course and wearing course across the development. For the final surface, a combination of SMA 10 Beige Mex C, Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA), and beige coated chippings was selected to complement the high-quality finish and overall aesthetic of the new homes. By carefully coordinating each phase of the works, our team ensured a durable, high-quality surface while maintaining efficiency throughout the project.
